Dr. Ameer Allybocus is an experienced dentist with advanced training in oral surgery and implantology. After graduating from the University of Birmingham, he went on to refine his skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery through hospital roles at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, the Eastman Dental Institute, and Royal Cornwall Hospital.
Ameer holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology with Distinction, and has worked extensively across primary and secondary care settings. He is one of the lead clinicians at Oral Surgery Wales, where he provides minor oral surgery, complex extractions, implant placement, and treatment under intravenous sedation.
Known for his calm, methodical approach and ability to put patients at ease, Ameer is also passionate about teaching and mentoring. He delivers clinical training in oral surgery and sedation for fellow GDPs and supports postgraduate education through practical, confidence-building courses designed to raise standards in primary care.
Whether guiding a patient through a surgical procedure or mentoring a colleague through their first flap, Ameer combines surgical precision with approachability and clarity.
